WINE OVERVIEW

A coastal, approachable Pinot Noir that melds lively acidity with bright red fruits from the Garces Silva family's organic, estate vineyards.

TASTING NOTES

Intense nose of fresh fruits like strawberry, red cherries and plenty of floral aroma. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, good natural acidity and fresh berry fruits towards the finish. It is well balanced, clean and expressive.

EAT WITH

Try with grilled salmon, Gruyère cheese, or wild mushrooms with polenta.

More about Boya

Matias Garces Silva, the winery owner, is passionate about the wine he makes. He started an experimental vineyard on his parent’s Leyda property, and that experiment has evolved to Boya’s line of undeniably fresh wines. The Boya vineyards now are just 5 miles from the ocean, so each wine showcases that beautiful coastal influence.
