The Inghirami family's Chianti Classico expression, incorporating high altitude organically farmed Greve vineyards that give a freshness to the Sangiovese.
TASTING NOTES
A juicy wine loaded with spiced cherry and plum notes on the palate and rounded by creamy tannins. A pristine and easily drinkable daily wine.
EAT WITH
Ideal with soups, meat sauce pastas, cured meats, semi-mature cheeses and poultry.
TECH INFO
Harvested from south-east facing vineyards in Castellina, Chianti. The grapes are picked during the second half of September to the first half of October.

- Fermentation: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Pietramaggio is the name of a historical farm located in Tuscany and is owned by the Inghirami family. Tommaso Inghirami launched the Pietramaggio brand and was inspired to create finessed Chianti Classico wines and a Super Tuscan IGT.
The Inghirami family is well known as one of the best in Italian textile fashion and transformed the historic Grignano estate property in the 1970s.
