More about Mayu
Mayu’s vineyards are located in the Elqui Valley, the earth’s driest dessert. The high elevation and clear skies around the property, make Mayu a prime location for star-gazing and is quite literally like stepping in to a new world. The Pedro Ximenez (yes that is the name of the grape) vineyard used to be harvested for its fruit to make Chilean pisco, but family members convinced them to start making a dry white wine with the grapes instead.
