Overview

This retreat is an immersion into one of the most powerful landscapes on the planet—where mountains rise sharply from open plains, glaciers carve the horizon, and nature sets the pace for every day. Traveling deep into Chilean Patagonia, we journey through Torres del Paine National Park, a place that feels vast, humbling, and deeply alive.

This experience is designed for those craving awe, movement, and clarity. Days are shaped by long hikes, shifting light, and shared effort; evenings bring warmth, reflection, and rest beneath expansive skies. Patagonia has a way of stripping things back—quieting the noise and reconnecting you to your own strength, presence, and breath. This is not about luxury in excess, but about being held by the land itself.

Accommodations

Our stays in Patagonia are chosen for their proximity to the landscape and their ability to support deep rest after full days outdoors. In Santiago, we begin and end the journey with a night in a stylish rooftop hotel—offering comfort, city views, and a gentle transition into and out of the wild.

In Torres del Paine National Park, we stay at Hotel Las Torres, a thoughtfully designed lodge located at the heart of the park. Surrounded by open plains and mountain peaks, the hotel offers direct access to trailheads, warm communal spaces, and panoramic views that change hour by hour. Evenings here are simple and grounding—hearty meals, quiet conversations, and the feeling of being truly far away from everything unnecessary.

Food & Wine: Nourishment After the Wild

In Patagonia, food is about restoration and warmth—meals designed to refuel the body and bring people together after long days on the trail. At Hotel Las Torres, we enjoy nourishing breakfasts, packed lunches for our hikes, and comforting dinners that reflect regional flavors and seasonal ingredients.

Back in Santiago, we close the journey with a celebratory meal that reconnects us to Chile’s vibrant food and wine culture—raising a glass to shared effort, accomplishment, and the bonds formed along the way.

Wellness

Wellness in Patagonia is earned and elemental. This retreat centers on movement, endurance, and the mental clarity that comes from spending long hours immersed in nature. Each hike becomes a moving meditation—challenging, grounding, and deeply rewarding.

Group reflections and quiet moments are woven throughout the journey, offering space to process the physical experience and the emotional shifts that often come with it. Patagonia invites you to trust your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with a sense of capability and awe. This is wellness that feels raw, honest, and deeply empowering.
