The fruity and fresh flavors of these sake are all achieved through a variety of different techniques whether than be the rice polishing (seimaibuai), type of rice used, water source, yeast, grade, or other. But each was purposefully crafted to showcase a distinct flavor profile to be enjoyed with a variety of fare from sushi to salad to chocolate.

These sake should always be enjoyed slightly chilled to allow the more nuanced flavors to shine.
